Returns Policy
At Isla Bondi, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
- Returning products that have been intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process
- Register your return by emailing info@islabondi.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- You must send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 6 hours of placing the order.
