Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.
4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 working days
- Delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on location)
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate returns policy for all applicable conditions.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly.
